Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Anna earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Akron in Ohio before pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

During her time in PT school, Anna gained valuable experience working with athletes across all levels—from high school and collegiate athletes to professionals in the NFL, MLB, and NBA. Her love for lifting weights has shaped her approach to patient care, inspiring her to help others build strength, confidence, and a genuine enjoyment for movement.

Early in her career, Anna was drawn to working with motivated individuals committed to a healthier lifestyle and seeking care that supported them through every stage of life. As she worked with patients, she noticed how often pelvic floor dysfunction played a role in their pain and performance. This discovery ignited her passion for pelvic floor rehabilitation, leading her to pursue advanced training to better serve her clients.

Now, as she expects her first child, Anna has a special connection with pregnant and postpartum women. She is dedicated to helping them feel strong, capable, and empowered throughout and after pregnancy. Alongside her work in women’s health, Anna has a passion for coaching new lifters and individuals who are just beginning their fitness journey, guiding them toward a lifelong love of movement and strength training.
